Brittany Smith is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for advanced aesthetic medicine. She earned her BSN from Florida State College of Jacksonville and her MSN from Chamberlain College of Nursing. Before aesthetics, she spent six years at UF Health Jacksonville, caring for trauma and progressive care patients. Now, she brings her expertise and artistry to Pura Vida, helping clients look and feel their best.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys life on a farm in Keystone Heights with her firefighter husband and their Cane Corso, Odin. She loves lake days, Florida sunshine, and traveling with family and friends.
Dr. Kara Wilfong has been making an impact in aesthetic medicine for over three years, bringing a unique blend of medical expertise and artistry to her practice. Before aesthetics, she spent a decade as an emergency room nurse, mastering quick thinking, precision, and compassionate care—skills she now applies to helping patients look and feel their best.
Outside of work, Dr. Wilfong is a mom of four and a proud fire wife, balancing a thriving career with a lively family life. She enjoys spending time with loved ones, staying active, and caring for animals on her ranch, where she finds peace and joy amidst the busyness of life.
